Seamlessly integrating electrical and mechanical subsystems, our device will use realtime monitoring and reactive long-extent pulse width modulation to develop an isotropic thermal environment in equilibrium with the normal range of human body temperature. In all seriousness, this project is meant to improve our quality of life while living in the Webster Apartments, by adding some functionality to the awful thermostats that we are provided with. We plan to use a raspberry pi, some sensors, and a servo to mechanically actuate the ON/OFF switch on our thermostat and keep the temperature in a comfortable range.
