System of sensors that monitor room occupancy from any location
We will use small pressure sensors placed on the seats in the target area, which don’t intrude on the privacy of the occupants. These units will communicate with a central hub, which will then send its data to an online database. There will be a web interface that pulls from the database to display live room occupancy information.
