LIDAR Turret

The cheapest LIDAR turret possible!

We will try to create an effective mapping system using LIDAR. We will try to create a map of our environment with this turret and localize ourselves in it (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping). We will try the TeraRanger, LIDAR lite v3 and other cheap LIDAR solutions. We will be constructing the rotating turret portion ourselves.
